About this Course
At a fork in the road? Feeling stuck or stagnant?
Looking for some guidance as you reflect on this year, and dream and scheme for the next one?
"Observe any squirrel during nutting time and see how busy he is laying a stock of provisions for Winter. Bushels and bushels of acorns and nuts are gathered by the little fellows and stored in the hollows of trees and in other accessible nooks. When these are filled the squirrel buries his treasures in the ground. Busily, like a streak of gray lightening, he whisks about under oaks picking acorns and burying them in the ground in a thousand and one spots. From sunrise to sunset he and his mates are busy storing away the Winter supply.
...Doubtless many of the acorns buried by the little planter are forgotten. Others are covered under snow before he has a chance to dig them out. In either case, an acorn has been planted as delicately as if by hand of man, and only the thaw of the ground and the warm Spring sunshine are needed to coax forth the oak.

Word on the Street: What People Are Saying
"This course came to me at the perfect time. I made a lot of huge changes in my life over the past year, and I've become increasingly dissatisfied with the way things are going. The exercises in this course helped me realize that it's not my outside circumstances I need to change, it's myself. I no longer feel like my true self, and that's why I'm discontent.
The values exercises reminded me of the person I actually am, and the 2013 map exercise helped me realize how few tangible things I actually need/want to change - I'm already doing most of them. In 2013, my resolutions will be based on being myself again - spending more time being creative and going on adventures, and less time on the couch hiding from life."
"My sister recommended this course because I'm currently transitioning in my life, but totally unsure of what to do. She kept suggesting things for me to do, and I was very wishy-washy about them and my future. I was unwilling to commit to any path, which was taking me away from all my dreams, hopes, and aspirations. My sister begged me to give this course a go, so I did, mainly to get her off my indecisive back. I am so glad I did!!
I'm still sort of confused about the future, but this course really helped me to organize my thoughts, hopes, aspirations, and dreams. I've now committed to doing something completely terrifying, that I'm convinced I'm going to fail, but is necessary for my dream lifestyle. I wouldn't have been able to do it without the exercises, videos, articles, and step-by-step process of this course. Jenny Blake is amazing! In just five days, I've committed to something terrifying! I still have a long way to go, but this course definitely put me on the right track, and if I can do this in five days, what can I accomplish in a year?!?! If you're lost or scared or feeling 'blah' about your life, give this course a go! It's just five days, and who knows? Maybe you'll commit to something life changing."
"The Acorn Project is filled with inspiring essays and videos alongside thought-provoking prompts for journaling. I found that mind-mapping is a great tool for me to visualize my goals; meanwhile, I've reminded myself to choose happiness every day. Those might seem trite, but simple truths are often the most packed with meaning. It took Jenny's incredible collection of content and journaling prompts for me to discover the weight of that choice for myself.
I can't believe that a course this meaningful and rich with excellent coaching tools is costs so little! I would be surprised if anyone could find a better value -- I've never found a book or course that provided as much guidance for real insight as this course did for me."
"When I graduated college I thought I had life all figured out. Fast forward a year later and I was so distraught by my life situation. Worst of all, I couldn't figure out how to get out of my own way and find the resources that would help me choose a clear path. Handy Amazon pointed me to "Life After College" and I have never been more happy I spent the money on a book!!! Partnered with the most incredible personal message from Miss Jenny Blake herself, the book inspired me to try this Acorn Project.
I don't think I have ever had more fun with introspection. I realized that it wasn't that I couldn't make a decision to do that thing I want wanted most from life, it's was that I didn't KNOW what I wanted. I didn't even know what would make me happy. The paradigm shift I have felt doing the Acorn Project is not only worth it, but personally I think every graduating senior in college should be REQUIRED to participate."
