About this Course
A 7 Day "Challenge" that will empower you to practice gratitude each day in different aspects of your life. Become educated with supporting resources as to why gratitude is an important step for living a joyful life and healthy living. Learn grounding exercises to be more mindful and present to further see what we are grateful for each day. You will also be asked questions to further your journey into gratitude and positive philosophy.
Each day you will be given specific questions, topics and ways to express gratitude as well as information behind it to invoke positive thinking.
Ask a friend to do the challenge with you and compare thoughts.
