Join Emily Marquis, Certified Life Coach and Katherine Sumner, Certified Nutrition/Lifestyle Counselor for our monthly program to dig deeper into you, designing your future, health, self-care, mindfulness and passion for life. You will learn Life Coaching tools and be inspired by receiving an opportunity to receive coaching around issues where feeling stuck. Whether you are content with your life and are seeking like-minded comradery and continue your self-care journey, or you are feeling stuck or on the hinge of a transition- this program will bring renewal, positivity, health and support to you being your best you. Each month you will receive

  • Specific topic related journal/pondering questions
  • Related resources, articles and exercises
  • Monthly teleconference for topic discussion and group coaching (recorded and available for listening in case you have to miss)
  • Group support
  • Online dashboard with discussion forum in between meetings with peers and coaches
  • Healthy seasonal recipes and nutritional tips/counseling

Program kickoff: Live Teleconference: February 1st 630pm MST and receive first materials. Must enroll on or before first teleconference for first month’s material. Thereafter, each monthly teleconference will be held the third Wednesday evening of the month. If you can't make it, they are recorded.
