My teachings are based on my 25 years of experience as a fitness and movement coach and as a certified  Alexander Technique teacher. The Alexander Technique is a mindfulness-based practice that teaches you how to move and live better.

Mindfulness has been proven to help reduce stress and anxiety. Creating a mindfulness practice allows you to live more fully in the moment.
