Elisha Goldstein

Elisha Goldstein, Ph.D. is the founder of the 6-Month Online Mentorship Training program A Course in Mindful Living and co-founder of The Center for Mindful Living in West Los Angeles. He is a psychologist, speaker, and author of Uncovering Happiness: Overcoming Depression with Mindfulness and Self- Compassion and The Now Effect: How This Moment Can Change the Rest of Your Life. He’s also co-author of A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook, with a foreword by Jon Kabat-Zinn, and MBSR Every Day. Elisha has also created the nationally recognized Mindfulness at Work® program delivered through eMindful.com, and the CALM (Connected Adolescents to Learning Mindfulness) program, with his wife Stefanie Goldstein, Ph.D.
