1) Make sure you read the small print (below) carefully. It explains my refund, cancellation and transfer policies. There are no refunds once a course has begun and you have access to the course materials.

If you're buying your own books (see below), the program fee is $500.

If you'd rather I send the books to you, the program fee is $550. (If your shipping address is outside the US mainland, extra shipping fees will apply.)
THE SMALL PRINT
If a participant wishes to change or cancel their enrollment in an online course, I offer the following options. A participant may only use one of these options once.
If you wish to withdraw from the course up to 14 days after confirmation of your purchase and before the course has started, I will issue a full refund provided the course hasn’t yet started. The refund can only be issued through PayPal by the means and in the currency that you paid and I cannot compensate for any exchange rate fluctuations. It can take several days to be paid back onto your card.
If you wish to withdraw from the course more than 14 days after confirmation of your purchase and at least 24 hours before the course has started, I cannot offer a refund, but you can sell/transfer your place to a colleague or friend. Or I may be able to transfer your place to another course, but this is at my discretion and it will depend on whether and when I plan to run the same course again.
Refunds are not available once a course has started and you have been given access to the materials. If your circumstances change after you register and/or you think you might experience difficulty participating in the course then please let me know at least 24 hours before the course begins. Online courses are like DVDs or CDs in that, once they have been opened (and if you have registered and paid for a course then we will consider that your access to the course will have been opened to you at midnight in your time zone on the start date), they cannot be returned.
My Responsibility: While I make every effort to run my courses on the timelines advertised, this is a micro-business. I reserve the right to change course schedules in the event of unforeseen schedule changes, illness, or other life issues. Rest assured that, if that ever happens, I’ll work with you to make sure the changes work for you or if a course hasn’t yet begun, I will refund your money.
Your Responsibility: I usually have the pleasure of working with people who have highly developed social skills. It’s rare that someone disrupts a course by discounting others’ ideas or mocking concepts they don’t agree with. But occasionally it happens. And when it happens in writing it has an even larger impact than when it's merely a verbal exchange.
If I see posts or receive emails that violate our community agreements (of mutual respect and self-awareness) I will contact the participant directly to discuss my concerns. I will ask that they make edits to the original posts and keep in mind respect for others' perspectives in all interactions forward. I reserve the right to remove posts and/or a participant from a course, without a refund, if we cannot find a way forward in alignment with our community agreements.
