About this course

Hi everyone, this course promises to be an interesting journey into learning about: bones, muscles, joints, soft tissue, and range of motion of the upper extremity.  We will also look at common injuries sustained in yoga and how to modify to prevent these injuries.  I present some of the asanas (poses) which may put the upper extremity at greatest risk for injury.  The course is for 16 hours of continuing education.  Do this at your own pace.  I will provide a certificate at the completion.  Read my bio to learn more about me.  Enjoy this course!  Namaste, Brett
