My name is Gretchen Gegg and I specialize in helping women who are OVERWHELMED with all the health and wellness information out there. I break it down, help them make sense of things and we workd together to put thier Mind Into Motion! I have over 20 years experience in the fitness industry doign everything from teaching Yoga to Personal Training. I also have over 10 years experience in higher education working for both Recreational Sports and teaching as a professor in the Department of Health & Kinesiology at Texas A&M University. Now, I work FULL TIME from home bringing my wealth of education and information to the people that need it most and are ready to make a change! In my spare time I play on the floor with my little girl, whip up nutritious treats for my family and try to take life less seriously!
