The world of entrepreneurs is full of variety, yet one aspect the entrepreneurial journey has in common for many who sign up is stress. Psychological research in this area is budding; however, we already have universities such as the German University of Twente dubbing experiences such as The Entrepreneurial Stress Circle.

As an experienced Psychologist and Mindfulness & Wellbeing Practitioner, it absolutely devastates me to see how many bright entrepreneurs end up with their brilliant ideas on the cutting room floor, burnt out because they haven't been taught effective and efficient ways to care for themselves, nurture themselves and value themselves (inside and outside of their business).  There is so much incredible research out there telling us the importance of self-care - yet often we find information that is generic, generalised to the masses and sometimes completely inaccurate!

Our mission at The Mindful Collective is to inspire mindful and compassionate change in young women (and the young at heart, of course) and I knew we had to share our knowledge in the areas of stress and self-care with entrepreneurs by creating an in-depth experience so you can understand your self-care needs and experiment with ways of finding what works for you.  And so The Entrepreneurs Stress-Less and Self-Care Course was created!

In this 8-week evidence-based course you will learn:

  • How to assess your current self-care (both inside and outside of your business)

  • How to experiment with what works best for you
