About this course
This course is an introduction to user experience design. It explains how a deep understanding of your users can help you make well informed decisions throughout the product cycle.
We focus on the big decisions you need to make throughout the entire product design cycle, not details of the user interface. Here's what you will learn.
Because this course is based on understanding users rather than technology, it is suitable for anyone involved in product design. It doesn't matter if they are "designers" or "non-designers" as long as they know something about your users.
The skills you will learn here are applicable whether you are designing a brand new product, doing a critique of an existing one, or doing a makeover or replatform.
The course is now open for registration. The first lesson will be available on Thursday September 13th, 2018 with two more lessons on subsequent Thursdays. There is no charge for this course.
