Tamara is the CEO of Coach Tam Fitness and the creator of the 265 Point brand. The perfect combination of expertise and experience, Tamara is an ACE Certified Health Coach, ACSM Certified Group Exercise Instructor, and 10-Year, 100-pound weight loss success story. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Virginia Tech and an M.B.A. from the University of Florida. Coach Tam maintains her goal weight through daily mindset management, regular exercise, and proper nutrition. She uses this same strategy to help her clients reach their goals.

About this Course

The Focus 15 Challenge is a faith-based food and fitness program designed to provide clarity and build discipline. For 15 days, we will:

  • Invite God into our health and wholeness journey with a daily prayer plan.
  • Create a healthy relationship with food by setting and enforcing eating boundaries.
  • Make time in our schedules for regular physical activity. 

With Focus 15, you can follow our Keto or Carb Lover meal and exercise plan or develop your own, the key is to make a commitment to yourself and to God and stick to it.
