About this Course
The Focus 15 Challenge is a faith-based food and fitness program designed to provide clarity and build discipline. For 15 days, we will:
- Invite God into our health and wholeness journey with a daily prayer plan.
- Create a healthy relationship with food by setting and enforcing eating boundaries.
- Make time in our schedules for regular physical activity.
With Focus 15, you can follow our Keto or Carb Lover meal and exercise plan or develop your own, the key is to make a commitment to yourself and to God and stick to it.
