About this course

I created the Skills for Change Coaches and Practitioners Working Group to give us an opportunity to share tools and resources, and discuss topics relevant to Coaching, Mediation and Bodywork.

Anyone who uses Skills for Change and Cooperative Communication in a work context as a coach, therapist, practitioner or service provider is welcome to join.

Folks are welcome to ask personal questions about their lives, and I will respond not only with helpful guidance for the individual, but also with the underlying theory behind my response.

Learn more about the lineage of Skills for Change.

This group is not intended to provide supervision, and is a useful supplement. Participants are welcome to begin discussions about situations they are facing with their clients. *Please make sure if you are sharing a client story that you change names and any identifying information.*

Each month, we will consider a different topic and review the existing resources currently available, including written materials, audio, and video.

We might invite guests to come and talk, and participants might be invited to make a presentation to share their knowledge with the group.

As the Working Group leader, I have hierarchical power, and will delegate cooperation whenever it makes sense for the group to make a decision collectively. We will operate as much as possible based on the Cooperative Contract: ask for 100% of what you want, 100% of the time.

If you have questions about whether participation in this working group is right for you, schedule an Empowerment Session

We meet the third Friday of every week from 1:30 - 3:00 pm PT / 2:30 - 4:00 pm MT / 3:30 - 5:00 pm CT / 4:30 - 6 pm ET

Price: $50/month or $450/year*
