EXHALE: Journaling & Poetry for Mental Wellness is a 6-week introductory guide to deeper self-exploration utilizing poems, mindfulness techniques, and mental health resources to gently examine the self: heart, body, past, future, and more. Open to anyone regardless of age or experience.
