Have You Found The Right Tools/Programs Enabling You To Create Your New Life That You Envision For The Future?

The good news is that you have come through divorce and are now on the other side. The bad news is not knowing what to do next or not have a plan in place to rebuild your life.

Trying different programs and strategies to pull out of this and move forward can be disheartening, when they don’t deliver what they promise.

They mean well but don't provide the results needed—a way to overcome these feelings and emotions:

  • Feeling like a stranger and disconnected from self along with the loneliness can feel paralyzing.

  • Feeling powerless and playing the victim sometimes leads to blaming and feeding the drama unable to break the vicious cycle.

  • It’s exhausting and sometimes feels better to just “stay stuck” or “wallow in the pain” because don’t have the energy or direction to crawl out of it.
Finding The Right Program Showing You How To Take Back  Control  And
Personal Power Will Inspire  You To Rebuild Your New Life On Your Own Terms.

Hello There, I’m Donna McGoff.

I was over 50, divorced, and  struggled with being “stuck” and “in pain” and couldn’t figure how to move forward with my life.

I was waiting for something to happen or something to be put in my path that would release me from the mental bars I felt were all around me.

Nothing happened…

I tried different programs, read self-help books, joined support groups along with having support from family and friends.

I tried counseling. (I was a counselor before I became a coach. I have a M.S. degree in Human Development, Counseling, and Family Studies) but wasn’t getting timely results that I wanted and needed to pick myself up by the bootstraps and move on.

I was stuck in the past; and if I didn’t figure a way to move out of it, I would stay in the grip of a past that no longer served me.
I wouldn’t be able to grow into the person that I was meant to be now. I wouldn't feel the freedom, power, and control to explore what my new purpose in life is or who I would become for the future.
I would miss the adventures and journey that a forward-moving life creates—especially now that I have already lived half of my life.

I  decided to take 100% responsibility for my situation.
I Started To Ask Myself Some Tough Questions:

What do I need to do to become unstuck and out of the pain from the past?

How would I discover a way to pinpoint exactly where that was so I could begin to do the work to overcome the obstacles and challenges?

How could I overcome the fear and loneliness of moving toward the future?

How could I create well-being of mind, body, and spirit to develop the inner power and strength to push through obstacles and limiting beliefs?

How could I use the past to help ensure I’d make new decisions for the future coming from a higher self?

My roles and identity had changed and had to ask, “Who is the person I am now?”

How do I reconnect with self and re-frame strengths, values and passions to discover who I want to become and where I want to go in the future?

I Created My Own Plan.

I wrote a plan of how I would do this—step by step which ended up becoming a five-step process. Each step would be results-driven with specific goals--one building on the next.

I worked through it for myself taking me from the transition of being “stuck” to the transformation of being empowered to rebuild my new life on my own terms.

I decided to narrow my focus and niche to divorced women 40 years of age and over. They face many challenges not experienced by their younger counterparts.

I started using it in my coaching practice and had a lot of success in helping other women get results they were looking for and couldn’t find anywhere else.
Have Questions? Want To Chat?

I Came To Some Interesting Conclusions:

  • There’s a big difference between taking a program that promises to deliver what you want versus going through one that is proven to work and deliver the results you are looking for.

  • Most programs don’t go step by step with a results-driven process in place that generates measurable outcomes so that you see the progress each step of the way.

  • Seeing results through each step of the process makes for wanting to make the commitment to stay the course and complete it.
It’s  Results-Driven Identifying What's Needed Most
To Achieve Success.
The core or heart is zeroing in where presently feel “stuck” or “in pain”
with less focus on the past.
Pinpointing where to begin creating targeted action plans to overcome challenges, obstacles, or limiting beliefs
is key to moving forward.

It's Focused On Divorced Women 40 And Over.
Takes into consideration the specific challenges, issues and concerns faced after going through divorce by that particular age group-- not experienced by their younger counterparts.

It's A Step By Step Course of Action.
One step builds on the one before it
which helps to empower, motivate, and create momentum.
Matches specific power tools/ assessments, case studies, examples, etc. that help support achieving results
much more easily and quickly.

It's Exciting To Reconnect With Self.
It’s getting reacquainted with self after disconnecting with a part of the past. It is empowering to reinvent yourself by re-framing strengths, values, and passions--weaving them together to decide what the vision is for who you want to become for the future.

  • A course that offers a results-driven process that empowers you to move from being “stuck” or “in pain” to overcoming obstacles and limiting beliefs is the solution you have been looking for.

  • Feeling empowered to do that is where it all starts.
