About this course
Hi, I’m Dr. Amy Phillips. Welcome!
My hope in creating this course is to give you needed information you are seeking on your path to healing and understanding about this counseling/psychology topic: Do I Have an Anger Problem. In this course, you will learn what anger is and isn't, how to determine if you do have an anger problem, how it's different and similar to anxiety and also to overcome anger.
A little bit about me:
I’m a mental health counselor in private practice and I’ve been in private practice for 10 years. I’ve seen people of all ages, backgrounds, cultures and gender identities who have entrusted me for help with issues they are dealing with and to grow as well as thrive. I love what I do!
As a therapist, I am limited, due to time constraints, on how many clients I can see in a given week. Good self-care is important! Many people ask me for assistance and so, that’s why I’ve created these courses. While they don’t replace one on one mental health counseling with a therapist, they can be informative and help promote healing and growth, especially if people aren’t able to gain access to mental health services – for many reasons.
