The most "touching" one of the 4 approaches (qi gong, self-massage, meditation, and self-hypnosis) in the Jade Goddess Method, this sequence focuses primarily on the communication between the physical aspect and the emotional aspect of the body. A spring-discipline of "5 Seasons Jade Woman", the Jade Goddess Method primarily concentrates on spreading the wood element and soothing the Liver. Energetically, according to the alignment of Essence, Qi, and Spirit, this self-massage works mainly on the integration between the Essence (material base of life) and the Qi (the vital core of being). The exceptional quality of the Jade Goddess Self-Massage is to infuse the subtle touch into a circular motion and this circularity of warmness, like the pure light, consistently and profoundly fill up and brighten a female's emotional sphere. From the physical aspect, this practice comforts the entire body and soothes tendons and ligaments, and it imparts firmness to the limbs and lubricates the joints. Also, particular breathing combined with undulations of the spine assists in the elimination of neurotoxins. This self-massage aims to create a new space both in the physical and emotional aspects of the body.

Although designed for women, Jade Goddess Self-Massage can benefit anyone who suffers from digestive issues, cardiac and respiratory systems disorders, emotional traumas and emotional disturbances like anxiety, depression, and anger.
