About this course
Welcome to writing practice as a way to access your inner voice and intuitive knowing.
Writing is a way to tap into our deepest self for awareness and creative expression, to nourish ourselves and to help ourselves heal. In this course, I will offer suggestions for attuning to your inner guidance through writing prompts, writing exercises, and ideas for reflection, as well as ways to care for yourself and cultivate resiliency. In each session, I offer a mindful practice to calm the busy mind and deepen focus. There are 6 lessons, each paced one week apart.
You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable doing in a positive, uplifting, and nurturing environment. We honor the fact that we each are on a unique journey and that this space is created for all of us to be supported, encouraged, and validated.
The course is $50 for all 6 lessons. I recommend using pen and paper for spontaneous writing. You can add your comments after each lesson, either what you wrote if you are willing to share or your reflections on the lessons and activities.
