About this course
Regina teams up with life long friend and colleague, Catherine for this offering. Catherine is a top Stott Pilates teacher with a background in ballet, currently also studying yoga. This integrative workout program for body and mind provides twenty minute workouts four times a week and a forty minute workout once a week. Whether it is a Pilates day, a Yoga day, or the combination day, you will build core strength, tone your whole body, and develop a more grounded, centered approach to life. Brought to you by two women who have healed and transformed their own physical and emotional challenges into greater strength and wisdom: Regina Trailweaver and her close friend and colleague, Catherine Fair. We know how busy life is with family and work and how little time is left for our own health and well being. We have also learned that we are only as successful in our careers and relationships as we are committed to our own health. Invest in yourself! This program is a great value and a life long investment that will get you started on the road to better health or inspire your maintenance if you are already practicing consistent self care. Whether you seek a jump start or a creative boost, you will be able to return to this program again and again.
