Yoga teacher, Regina Trailweaver, teaches classical style yoga for holistic health. She has studied the ancient tradition of yoga and practiced social work for thirty years. Her love of mindful movement and passion for wellness, and are evident in her guidance. The principles of awareness, acceptance and alignment are inherent in every session offered.

Regina teams up with life long friend and colleague, Catherine, a Stott Pilates teacher with a background in ballet, to offer you this Integrative Program.  This body/mind workout provides 36 twenty minute workouts that build core strength, tone your whole body, and develop a more grounded, centered approach to life.   

We know how busy life is with family and work and how little time is left for our own health and well being.  We have also learned that we are only as successful in our careers and relationships as we are committed to our own health.  Invest in yourself!  Get started on the road to better health.  Increase your emotional resiliency, physical strength, and flexibility. 

Whether you seek a jump start or a creative boost to an exercise routine already in place, this program is yours forever. Use it as the archive it is and do what you can when you can or follow it as a six week program.  Once purchased, the program is available to you in the way that works best for your schedule.
