Sarah Goer is a quilt artist, pattern designer, teacher, and lecturer who is passionate about using bold color and geometric design in both traditional and improv quilts. She has a particular passion for Planned Improv designs. Sarah enjoys inspiring others in their creativity. Her favorite tools for quilt design are graph paper and a design wall. Sarah lives in San Jose, California with her husband and two quilter kids and enjoys sharing her work and process at Sarah Goer Quilts. Dig out your favorite pile of scraps for this Creating a Scrappy Slab course where Sarah will share all her tips and tricks for stitching your own created fabric. The scrap fabric you create in class can be used alone or utilized in your favorite block or pattern.
