About this course
Finding Freedom through Boundaries: a self-paced short-course in five weekly lessons
Learning to understand, establish and maintain effective boundaries is one of the most critical life skills - and yet it is rarely discussed or taught. Embracing boundaries is the only way to stay true to oneself in the world. Most people think of boundaries as walls that must be erected to protect ourselves from others or the outside world. But the truth is, boundaries are what define who we are and allow us to feel safe enough to find the courage to connect authentically.
Week One: What are Boundaries and Why are They Important?
Week Two: What Will You Say YES To; What Will You Say NO To?
Week Three: Co-Dependence and Boundaries
Week Four: Vulnerability and Containment
Week Five: Assertiveness vs. Aggressiveness
Upon enrollment you will gain immediate access to the full course. Each week's lesson materials begin with an introductory video and include downloadable worksheets designed to guide you in deeper self-reflection and experiential practice. If you so choose, you can engage with other students (and Kim) via the discussion threads in the classroom.
