From gentle Feldenkrais lessons to essential restorative yoga poses, from guided meditations to tiny pauses you can weave into your day, let's practice going against the cultural grain that says we must go go go go go and instead trust the rest, the darkness, the generative pauses that can allow new life to emerge.
