Paul Weston

​Acclaimed leadership development professional and creator of the Distraction Freedom program, Paul Weston is passionate about quality of life: professional, social and personal. He has been a mentor, coach and workshop facilitator in many diverse learning environments worldwide. After retiring from a 26-year career as a Royal Marines officer in Britain, he moved to the arena of the North American corporate world and coached executives and teams through the Crestcom International global leadership development program, as well as through his own companies, Tempo1 Solutions and AJC. Paul is a 5-time Ironman Triathlete and International Duathlete. He is also a passionate volunteer fundraiser for various charities and has chaired a number of Not-For-Profit Boards of Directors.

About this course

Sleep impacts our mind, body, and performance - which in turn impacts everything about us, every day, all day long. In this course you will learn our best strategies to help you get a great night's sleep - super sleep - so that you can win the day, every day!

If you're interested in improving your quality of life and overall well-being, getting super sleep every night is an excellent place to start. Happy, healthy, productive people know that getting enough sleep is key to their success, and now you know it too.

This course will help you turn that knowledge into action. Throughout the course, you'll engage in practical, hands-on activities to help you apply all that you learn along the way, and improve your sleep one day at a time. 

This program will help you:

  • Understand how to evaluate your current quality of sleep
  • Learn how to cultivate healthy sleep habits and create a bedtime routine
  • Discover some additional strategies you can try to get a better night’s sleep

DELIVERY: Lessons are made available each week for six weeks. Since the course is completely self paced, you can take as much time as you require, and you will have lifetime access to all content.
