I grew up a dancer and while completing my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance, I entered the fitness and wellness industry through personal training. Falling in love with helping people reach their full potential and healing themselves through movement, I began my journey in pilates and yoga. I have been learning and sharing in this field for over 8 years. I truly believe in self-healing through mindful movement, awareness of the breath and balancing yin yang energies. Join me for 21 days of self care. You will learn and explore different tools, such as meditation, movement, yoga and breathing exercises to develop your own unique self care practice. Sessions are between 21-30 minutes.
