My name is Frank Baran and I’m an employment coach, yoga enthusiast and professional optimist. I created The Job Whisperer to help my clients find employment, overcome potential barriers and reach their dream career. I believe job searching is about identifying career goals, marketing yourself, and using the hidden job market. Finding employment isn’t one size fits all! I have supported job seekers for over 27 years in numerous roles. I have worked in senior management for major recruitment agencies and job service providers. I am also a qualified Drug and Alcohol worker, specialising in therapeutic group work and have been fortunate to run successful programs with major treatment centres, jobactive and DES providers and the justice system. I have the knowledge and experience, but most importantly, I know how to make job searching fun!
