About this course
This course explores the causes and effects of stress in legal professions and provides a powerful framework for learning to relax and be a more heart-based person. Developing this heart-based foundation minimizes stress in our lives, while improving our professional and personal relationships.
Offered by Stephen Snyder, a retired lawyer and Buddhist meditation teacher, lessons include guided meditation practices, supportive readings from Stephen's book Stress Reduction for Lawyers, Law Students, and Legal Professionals, and optional exercises.
