THE AWAKENED HEART will arrive every week for a year with three new self care activities to establish and maintain your own personal practice:
1) Always one asana (posture) practice: 20 - 50 minutes
2) Two more teachings will be:
a dharma talk on a yogic concept that supports awareness, acceptance, and alignment with your core values;
a pranayama (breathing or other energy regulation) technique;
or a meditation practice: each 5 - 20 minutes

The yoga teaching and practice you want when you need it, scheduled according to your busy life! The program is available indefinitely and all resources are downloadable. Both programs include a half hour 1:1 coaching call, monthly webinar/Q&A sessions which you can attend live or watch later, and an interactive feature that allows you to respond to each module and communicate with Regina and other program participants.
For mental health and yoga professionals, you must engage with the interaction feature to receive your CECs: 20 for The Awakened Heart, 10 for Embodied Compassion, and 30 for both.
