About this course
Change your thoughts, change your brain is a beginner course on the elements of CBT. This course will walk you through stepwise exercises to help you identify the cognitive distortions--habits of thought that put you at risk for anxiety and depression. Please note that this is not a substitute for psychotherapy or treatment by a qualified professional. If you think you may be suffering from a major depression, please get help for your local mental health community.
