Capturing motivation and building momentum around health goals can be tricky when ADHD is part of the picture. If this is a question you’re asking, consider joining Laura MacNiven, one of Springboard’s founders, for an online evening workshop on June 16th at 7:30 pm EST.
During this 75-minute working session, Laura will outline common pitfalls our community faces when working to make health and wellness changes.
By identifying themes like “black and white thinking”, unpacking “perceived or actual blockers”, exploring strategies like “putting value on your future self” and wondering about your actual “wants, needs or shoulds”, Laura offers an inspiring and non-judging space to get unstuck.
Come with a note pad, a curious mindset and engage with others as Laura leads us to reflect, explore and consider (gently) small steps to better days.
