Her love of mindful movement and passion for wellness are evident in her guidance. The principles of awareness, acceptance and alignment are inherent in every session offered.

Do you ever struggle to fully immerse in and enjoy each season?

Does it seem like each season passes in the blink of an eye?  Or is there one season that seems interminably long and often intensifies feelings of depression or anxiety?  Often, one season consciously or unconsciously brings up anniversaries of trauma and loss.

In HARMONIZING WITH THE SEASONS, you will learn to connect with and harness the natural energy of each season.  When we accept and embrace the intention of the natural changes over the course of each year, life can become a transformational celebration of change and impermanence.  At the same time, universal understandings and traditions of how energy moves both within us and all around us, can provide a sense of stability roundedness in the constant and inevitable changes.

You can start the program at any time as you will have access to the whole program as soon as you purchase it.  Begin with whatever season you are in.  Each seasons's practices include several asana (posture) practices, meditations, breathing techniques, and brief talks to support your engagement with Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.

You will own this program for the foreseeable future, as long as the Ruzuku platform lasts.  If that should ever end, you can download the program or it will be moved to another platform.
