About this course
You must be 21 years of age or older, have a high school diploma or GED and 2 years of experience working in a child care center before enrolling in this class.
Our duty to you, the candidate, is to prepare you for the role of director, including maintaining compliance with the state minimum standards and licensing laws.
This 4 day course covers Director Responsibilities, Communication Practices, Community Involvement, Leadership and Professionalism, Staff Evaluations, Training of Staff, Conflict Resolutions, Human Resource Management, Record Keeping, Business Plans, Healthy and Safe Indoor and Outdoor Learning Environments, and Child Growth and Development, etc.
