About this course

Welcome to the 3R Retreat!

This online retreat will take place Saturday and Sunday, January 14-15, 2023. The purpose of this retreat is to facilitate a rebirth (a fourth R!) into a new and improved version of YOU in 2023. Over 2 days, we will learn foundational techniques and concepts of wellness encompassing the three pillars:

    Diamond Body
    Crystal Mind
    Golden Heart

A Diamond Body is one that functions optimally because of a sensible lifestyle regimen that respects the fundamental processes of digestion, elimination and assimilation of not just food but mental and emotional processes as well.  With a Diamond Body, our neurohormonal pathways begin to function as they should, resulting in improved health, immunity, sleep, mood, and other aspects of well-being.

A Crystal Mind is clear, sharp, and free of misconceptions and discursive thought. A crystal mind is cultivated through deliberate work on quieting the mind and then inquiring into its contents. The beauty of working on the mind is that the results spill over to the body and the heart!

A Golden Heart is replete with generosity and openness that arise from a shift in perspective, and not merely a social construct.  Open-heartedness is the result of breaking through the walls we build around ourselves and occurs through the integration of the teachings of the crystal mind and diamond body. A Golden Heart opens in harmony and is infused with beauty.

We will explore the basics of the three aspects of wellness that naturally result in resilience, which is the ability to not just handle or manage stress but to grow from it.

All sessions will take place over Zoom and recordings and other materials will be available to review all year.

Session timings are as below (please note that this is flexible and can change during the day).

Saturday: 9-11 AM, 1-4 PM, 6-8 PM (all EST)
