About this course

February 2 - April 28

Twelve weeks of blissful focus on one writing project

Classroom opens on February 2; our week starts officially on Monday, February 6th. There's a wee bit of prep work before our first meeting on February 9th.

Here at Write ON, your creative self finds a home in a vibrant online studio where you will make your writing project a regular commitment. Finally! Accountability and support that moves your writing project forward.

Together, we will make it easier to:

  • structure time for writing
  • focus on one major project
  • care and respect our artist self
  • befriend the inner critic
  • enjoy our talents.

Write ON will help you advance your project in ways that satisfy you. This kind of focus gives you real-life training on how to develop and sustain your writing practice.

Write ON is for proactive creative people who thrive in a facilitated environment with dedicated peers. There will fun, and there will be rigor. You will be expected to honor your commitments and stay engaged in Write ON and your project.

As an active member of Write ON, you will be expected to focus on one creative project at a time, and make consistent progress. You will be expected to give as much as you receive to other members of Write ON.

Attend Salon Sessions

We have weekly Salon Sessions on Zoom every week, and you are expected to attend them all.

Submit weekly check-ins

We have weekly check-ins to help you stay on track and us stay connected as a group. These can be brief! You will use them to track your progress and satisfaction, to connect with other members and to get ongoing support from me.
